Liz Nau is a Spiritual Director with over 35 years’ of experience leading retreats. She received her M.Div. from Ashland Theological Seminary and holds graduate certificates in Spiritual Direction from the Ignatian Spirituality Institute at John Carroll University, and Formational (Inner Healing) Prayer and Small Group Leadership in Inner Healing Prayer from the Institute of Formational Counseling at Ashland Theological Seminary and is a Veriditas Certified Labyrinth Leader. Her interests are in Ignatian Spirituality, Celtic Christian Spirituality, the spiritual disciplines especially prayer (Ignatian Contemplation, art as prayer, embodied prayer, prayer walking, silence), and pilgrimage. Each has been unique and transformative in her spiritual journey and she welcomes the opportunity to share some of her experience and insight with others.
